I had a workers comp case from an injury accident I had my work. My works insurance didn't even want to give me IB prophet for my torn ligament in my elbow. They refused to do anything to help me. I hired the Accident Guys and Thang Hoang was my attorney. He got me the help I needed including MRIs, therapy, and injections. Thang and his assistant Jose worked hard to get me the medical treatment I needed and a settlement that was really good. I strongly recommend that if you are injured at work and get the run around from the insurance company, go to the Accident guys and get what's owed to you in treatment and losses. The best part, if you call them they respond back quick and check up on you. Thank you Thang and Jose.

I was involved in an accident on 4/21/21 that has resulted in my car being totaled and me having to go to a number of different medical professionals to help with the aftermath, both physically and mentally. I have contacted The Accident Guys the day after the incident and I was met with a level of care that you'd expect from friends and family members. Immediately I was referred to their trusted network of doctors and therapists and they have contacted the representative of the offending party right away. I was kept appraised of the entire process, every step of the way. It has taken about 6 months to receive the first settlement offer which we have declined, on the advice of TAG. The second and final settlement was reached in April of 2022 and we have accepted it. The entire experience was as professional as it was friendly. I cannot praise this firm enough, I will be forever grateful. As much as I hope not needing to use their services in the future, should the need arise, I will always use The Accident Guys. Thank you!

Questions & Answers

I cannot afford to pay for an attorney right now. Can you still help me?

The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021
The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021

Yes. We do not charge anything up front and only get paid at the end of the case if we win. The Accident Guys understand that accidents tend to happen when we least expect them, often leaving our client’s wondering how they can afford to handle their case as it comes up. It’s for this very reason The Accident Guys don’t charge anything up front. Our clients don’t pay any money for their case unless we’ve won.

Should I call 911 after my accident?

Gail Poster | Nov 15, 2021
The Accident Guys | Nov 15, 2021

It's always best to call 911 after an accident. The officer that arrives should take a detailed report including the other party's information in case we have to track them down. Sometimes, however, the police do not show up if a serious injury was not reported.

Can the insurance company offer me less than I owe for my car?

Gail Poster | Nov 15, 2021
The Accident Guys | Nov 15, 2021

Yes. The insurance company will only pay what the value of your car is right before the accident. They will not pay what you owe on the car. For example, if you owe $15,000 on your car loan but your car is only worth $10,000, then the insurance company will only pay you $10,000 if your car is totaled in an accident. Therefore, it is imperative you purchase GAP insurance on your vehicle. GAP insurance should cover the difference between what your car is worth and what you owe on your car.

Should I take my car out of the tow yard?

Gail Poster | Nov 15, 2021
The Accident Guys | Nov 15, 2021

We always suggest you get your car out of the tow yard ASAP. Tow yards and junk yards charge an astronomical amount per day to store your car. Sometimes liability is not clear so you don't want your car in the tow yard until liability is established. Sometimes the other party has a small policy and may not be able to cover the repairs, towing charges, rental charges and storage charges. If you have collision coverage, we recommend you get your insurance company involved and have them handle your property damage.

Who will be handling my case?

Gail Poster | Nov 15, 2021
The Accident Guys | Nov 15, 2021

Our firm's culture is to provide the best results and the best client service. To ensure this, your bodily injury case will be negotiated by a team of attorneys. You will also be in contact with an experienced case manager who will coordinate your medical treatment.

How long will my case take?

The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021
The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021

Every case is unique, and the length of a case often depends on how serious your injuries are and how it takes you to get better. Once you are cleared by a doctor, then negotiations with the insurance company can begin.

Will my insurance rates go up if I use my insurance to fix my car for an accident I didn’t cause?

The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021
The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021

No. Unless you are at fault for more than 50% of an accident, your rates will not go up.

Can I see a doctor even if I don’t have health insurance?

The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021
The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021

Yes. Not everyone who comes to our firm in need of assistance has health insurance, and that’s okay. If you were injured in an accident, The Accident Guys can set you up with a local doctor that will treat you on a personal injury lien. This means the doctors do not receive payment until your case is resolved, and you don’t pay anything up front for your care.

Should I give the insurance company a recorded statement?

The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021
The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021

No. The insurance company of the at-fault party is not entitled to a statement from you. Do not provide them with any information they could, and likely will, use against you. It’s always best to let an attorney handle all negotiations and communication with the at-fault party’s insurance company.

I was in a small accident but was injured. Do you only take big cases or can you still help me?

The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021
The Accident Guys | Sep 11, 2021

The size of your accident isn’t what matters to us - it’s your health and medical needs that we are concerned about above all else. If we believe your case would benefit from legal representation, we will be more than happy to take your case, regardless of the scope of damage done to your vehicle. If we are not able to take on your case, we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
