Best Experience I’ve had shopping for a new Car in a while. Luis Parada my salesman was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the time I placed my reservation for a car he kept me in loop and kept in touch leading up to the arrival of my vehicle. He would answer any of my questions either through phone or email with no hesitation and in a timely manner. From the moment we walked in the door on arrival day the atmosphere at Toyota 101 felt like home. We were greeted as we walked in and offered refreshments and snacks as we were seated. We did not feel pressured or felt like we were being taken advantage of during the process. We had genuine conversation as we were seated and shared stories with both Luis and Nauroze in finance. Nauroze does an Excellent job at explaining and walking you through the different add-ons you can add to your vehicle purchase. We felt very comfortable during finance and in selecting the different options available. It was well worth the 3.5hr drive to come visit Toyota 101 and make a Purchase and will do it again in the future just for the experience and level of customer service the dealer provides.
