Budget Truck Rental

Reserved, showed up with a cash deposit,was told they tried calling me to cancel. They juggled the idea of renting me a truck but ended up going forward after I agreed to bring the truck back early like 8AM or 8:30AM(my reservation was until 9am). After that it turned out they don't accept American Express or cash. I was forced to drive to my bank to make a deposit. Showed back up with my bank card and was told to wait in the back of the line. Exrtremely unprofessional.

I will never rent from them again they never have a truck for me oh ya and they were going to charge me the cancellation fee everytime they didn't have a truck for with 2 week advanced notice
