This is the absolute worst place to live!!! They raise the rent every other month. They say that it is due to Covid and not being allowed to raise the rent during the pandemic, but this was going on before the pandemic. They allow people to have animals and it wreaks of animal urine. They also NEVER have working laundry facilities. The back laundry is always out of order because they are too cheap to buy new machines or fix the old ones. The expect over 200 units to share 10 working washer and dryers. This place changed ownership a few years ago and all they do is raise the rent and make no repairs. I hope management sees this review and doesn't retaliate but make the necessary repairs so that the tenants can live in peace.

Tuesday, 9 November 2021: Why is it that the supposed manager, Alex NEVER answer the office phone during normal weekday hours? I called 3 days in a row two weeks ago after10:00 a.m, No answer. I finally called on a Saturday and a nice Hispanic/Latina woman, Marisol answered the phone. How does Alex keep a job there, if he never answers the phone and I called at different times of the day, so the lame excuse of the following of " I was in the restroom on the toilet, down the hall, talking with my boss, in my car, eating lunch" can not be valid during a whole work day especially, if a customer is calling several times during the week day. And does Not return phone calls/messages either. Perhaps Marisol can answer the phone, if Alex to busy.

We have been waiting to move since April and talking to the staff since then. They told us they were going to set us up in an apt with washer and dryer in unit (used those words) and we found out the day we moved in that it only had the hook ups. We asked the manager if the units alliances were gas or electric abs he said electric, so we found a washer and dryer within our price range only to find that we can’t use it because the dryer can’t be electric, it actually has to be gas. Very unhelpful staff when it came to communication. Apartment was dirty upon move in, but we complained so they had someone come and clean it out. Basically the staff doesn’t care if you stay or not because they know they apts will rent either way due to competitive price. Instead of helping you find a solution they tell you to move out if you want.
