Who do you go to for help when you have a manager Tom when you make a complaint about another tenant he go to the tenant and tell them what you said then they harass you the manager Tom stole electricity from me for almost 3 years the owner had the nerve to tell me that he will pay me $2 for each month that they stole electricity from me too light up the street lamp not only he putting the tenant in danger he allow Outsiders to come over and take control over here and do what they want to do it's not safe in his trailer park as long as Tom is a manager something needs to be done about it
