Very clean, space rate is to expensive for seniors on fixed income. Owner charges same as a mortgage when most own there mobles? Outside of that, if adjusted to a reasonable rate it would be nice place to live

No thats not true. Ive lived here for 3 years and my space rent started at 625 plus utilities now i pay 660 plus utilities and theyre added to your space rent. This month i paid $1100. My elec bill was $362. The meters r owned by the property owner not edison n the secretary is the 1 who reads the meters and every month its higher and higher
I am 62 and I want to buy a mobile home there. My question is can my grandson live with me he is only 8 years old?
