I bought new mower great wright mower 61zt service is good some miscommunication but it's a placeof variety,just have to watch service diagnostics I told them I needed a starter for mower under warranty they sold me a battery had to go back to get starter replaced second time ,needles to say ,but so far so good .

I had my mower there three times for the same thing and I received different reasons and prices for what was wrong with my mower. The customer service is extremely terrible. They told me two different times that they would call me when the parts came in and I had to call them instead and only two find out the parts for my mower were there. They do not communicate with one another or their customers. They told me my mower would be fixed by a certain date several different times, but my mower was never fixed so, I got my mower back and took it somewhere else to be fixed. I do not want to do business with a company like that. If you're smart you won't go there, it will be nothing, but problems for you.

I am having the WORST service of any repair facility I have ever gone to. My pressure washer had been in and out of there shop since November. First, I was told it was bad gas in the unit which was not covered under the warranty. I had just put fresh gas in the unit two weeks prior to the repair. I agreed to pay the $88 for the repair. Got the washer back, it had the same issue and now it leaks gas. I have been back to the shop 3 additional times. The last time I was told I would receive a call from the general manager. I never received that call. I was never offered a refund due the the “bad gas” charge and when questioned they just avoid it. I am supposed to be fixed on the 31 and I was told I would receive a call when it was ready. I doubt I will get that call, because it would be my first from them. Best of luck if you choose to use this place as a repair shop. ****** The Owner of Mowers reached out to me and gave me a detail of why my pressure washer was taking so long. I appreciated his Explanation and he took care of all my issues. My pressure washer is currently running very well and I am pleased with the end result. ****

I’m not a big mowing company just a individual who has five acres to mow. I bought a Hustler Super Z Hyper Drive 72 in Vanguard, a year ago. The price was straight forward and a substantial amount less compared to the other dealers, I talked to. It has been a great mower to mow my property. Very pleased with its performance and the little amount of time it actually takes now to mow. The customer service at Mowers Inc. has been awesome. The battery went bad and they were quick to replace it under warranty after verifying it wasn’t anything else. They are always eager to help with any questions I’ve had. Which is nice to know if you are just an average homeowner that they will take care of you just as good as if you are a corporate account. Overall the mower is outstanding and I’m very pleased with my purchase and who I purchased it from. Note its a half hour ride further one way compared to another location for me but I will drive it because of the customer service and knowledge I receive from Mowers Inc. New life long customer.
