My fiancé and I went into this location yesterday to see if we could get several problems fixed with our new Verizon Phones and plans. We had a nightmare experience at The Verizon Authorized Retailer Victra on 41 in South Sarasota. Our only solution was to visit a Corporate Verizon store and ask for help. When we got there we were greeted by Brandyn and he immediately sat us down to see if he could figure everything out. This kid sat with us for over an hour and a half until we had all of our questions answered and problems fixed. He did all that knowing we bought our phones and did business at another store and not with him. The whole experience spoke for not only Brandyn but the entire store. I hope they get the recognition they deserve for the way they treated us. Thanks Brandyn!

Brad was great seen him be very professional with a irate customer Cursing him etc and telling stomping out the door. He stayed very calm polite and respectful. Then came right over to help us as though it has never happened. I give him kudos cause he was cursed and yelled at for something he had no control over and spent over an hour calling and helping this customer only to be disrespected. Brad you were funny and helpful and a delight to work with. Hope you have more positive encounters than negative. Glad you don’t let nasty people take from your wonderful energy. So it all depends on who you see here. We walked in and had someone greet us immediately and try to help with our simple issue, he did and thought he fixed it, but put us in the queue just in case. When all was done and I found he fixed it I went to what I though was the same dark haired guy, Brad, told him it was fixed and he says “great, but I’m not the one who helped you” so I said “ok, do you want our name to remove us from the queue?” He says, “there’s other people in front of you so you’ll have to wait”his name is Brad and he is very rude. And obviously he only wants to provide good customer service from someone he making a commission off and wants to clog up the queue with people who have left.
