This clinic is pretty good, depending on who serves you. I've been there for a few things over the years. I had a bad cut recently and needed stitches and the doctor who served me (female, didn't catch her name) was great. Another time, I went there and Dr. Nikjoo examined me and although he diagnosed the problem correctly, he was kind of abrasive. Anyhow, I'd return there sometime if needed.

Embarrassingly incompetent staff. Had to repeat my symptoms multiple times, told i needed covid test even though i had covid in the past 90 days and could still test positive regardless. when the test came back negative, the doctor came in and asked if i had "any other concerns" as if i had come in for said covid test and not my symptoms. i basically had to tell him exactly the course of treatment i wanted, and even then he said "we would do that if you had a fever" even though i did have a fever.

I had a great experience today at VIP Urgent Care. I went on a Saturday, around 11am and was seen right away without an appointment. First of all the facility is gorgeous. Very upscale and clean. Everyone who I encountered including the front desk, the nurse practitioner and the doctor were helpful, professional, competent and friendly. I imagine during the Omicron covid surge it was quite hectic there, but today it was an oasis of calm.

Best Urgent Care!! It was the best experience I have ever had in an urgent care setting. Front office is well organized and very professional. They take most insurance and are very transparent about the price you have to pay. The nurse that took my vitals was nice and efficient. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, not bad for a Sunday!! Overall, great service.
