Awesome place. Lots of things to look at and purchase. Take a full morning to visit the store from the entrance to the cashiers' counters. There are so many interesting things to see both for grown ups and children!

The store tends to sell more modern furniture. You can find some good buys if you know for what you're looking. I thought their bistro was pretty good--especially the almond chocolate cheesecake dessert that they deserve. I would buy that again in a heartbeat.

We loved this place but haven't been back here since before the pandemic started. Great place to buy furniture and getting some ideas to decorate your house. Bonus points for having a restaurant to take a shopping break!

Overall, it was a fun experience and felt like we got some nice looking bedroom accessories for a great value. Having never been to an Ikea, there were a few times when I wasn't familiar with the designed shopping experience. It also felt a tad bit like a maze trying to get to the section I was looking at and then quickly back out to the self service furniture area without having to unnecessarily go through a lot of the rest of the store.

yes they do reasonable prices.. look online first. what you see there is what you see in store
Yes, they do delivery and assembly, but through third party vendors. The starting price for delivery is $69 and the starting price for assembly is also $69.
Best answer would be going physically into the store. Right now the online and phone systems are extremely overwhelmed.
Yes Kareie! I actually used to work at the IKEA in Fishers. My job.... cart return. Which also included the wheelchairs. Unfortunately, they are not the motorized ones! They believe they are to much of a liability. I hope you enjoy your experience there. Every employee there is beyond friendly!
I'm sorry, but I haven't seen any either. I would contact them directly.
Wrong page. This is for the restaurant
It should be holiday sale
Yes they have courtesy wheelchairs just ask a greeter or at the Smaland counter.
The lunch dinner menu changes seasonally.
As Jennifer replied, it's cafeteria style service and seating. I'd suggest having someone scout ahead a few minutes before to grab some tables together if your group is very large just in case it's busy.
Try hitting O for operator when given options
It's Swedish 😁
Yes 1 floor not all that but restaurant offers a lot of variety and veggie dishes
Yes, you have 365 days to return an item and you can use either your credit card or your IKEA Family card for customer service to look up your receipt.
They are right in the checkout lanes!
Yeah. The portion sizes are normal not tiny or anything.
They offer wheelchairs.
Both
Using the product # go to ikea.com, locate your store location and enter product number in search bar. Calling is a waste of time-they're too busy.
We were told at the store that if items were not picked up by close of business (9pm that day) that the amount would be refunded to our card and the item would be put back. Whether that is the same for online orders I am not sure. I would definitely call and ask.
It can sometimes depend on the item if it can be shipped to you.
I need to be honest with you I get in and around 15 or 20 min I was out of the store I was shopping in the store for the first time I never be in there of course I was on the store multiples times in Florida in Florida they have but here I'm not sure I'm sorry
Jim, if you go to the Ikea website and select the Fishers location, you can check online. As of right now, it appears that particular product is out of stock. Keep an eye on the web page for when they get it back in. Hope that helps! -Logan
I'm not real sure of your question, but if want someone to pick up what you order give them your order number ,or call customer service
Where do you want to order it firstor you can order it by 8-9am in the morning but ensure that you get a slot ok
Not sure what error you are having, but they were only doing a limited number every day. So you have to be on early to get it. I ordered mine around 8 am
Yes
No
I believe it was set for June 3rd. But check their website and search for your location.
Pick up only
Yes it will open to public on 3rd for only shopping but restaurant is open by July
Correct. Order online and pick up curbside. Store is not open for browsing.
Yes
What time does the “New day” start for click and pick up???!
You order online and then they will email you instructions when your order is ready. Basically you pull up to the check in tent, give your name, order number, and show your ID. Then you wait for a spot and someone loads up your car.
No, not currently
I defer to man Indy's answer. He's correct. The menu is located in the cafeteria. Good luck Adnon! I highly recommend the MEATBALLS! They are,"to die for".
I believe its 365 with the receipt. You can always try selling it elsewhere like ebay.
Yep just walking and see the customers service desk or any of the cashiers and ask how you would go about it.
They should have a stock of spare parts in the store, but you can definitely order them online from the Ikea website or from Amazon.
Menu is different each week. When we went there wasn't meatballs that weekend. Or maybe they were out but we ate early. Their chicken fingers are fantastic.
I know that many associates are constantly flipping between different tasks. Reading online, it seems as though the stores don't really offer much in terms of answering phones. If you have need I would try their 1-800 number to either the membership or customer service. Granted, the wait time to to get into contact might tick into an hour or more still. From my experience, in-person at the store is the best bet, though it still may take awhile to pull an associate away from other tasks (an aside: to help with my query and need for assistance an associate that was on break offered to help me out.)
Try to explore Google maps near IKEA
Yes you can buy gift cards in the store. I believe they are sold by the checkout
Go to the left once you enter the store and it will be on the right before you get to the checkout lanes.

Just tried myself. Maybe its a tactic to get us in the store
Please call them
Yes I believe they do!!!
Depends on the item. I would call and ask for what you need specifically
No, but they do serve coffee in both the cafeteria and deli counter, so you can grab a cuppa to shop by ( if you're not stuck on Starbucks).
Ditto.
Customer service and wait!!!
Tried calling multiple times and it says all lines are busy and disconnects.
And if none of that works a work-around is finding a good friend who lives there to pick up the item and ship to you.
Make sure to get all the boxes needed. Bigger items have multiple boxes.
Yes, I have actually used them.. they have several. You sign them out/in..
Select the item(s) you want in the online catalogue, go to the shopping cart, enter your zip code, and your estimated shipping fee will be right there. If they don't deliver to your zip code, that's where I'd expect them to say so. Delivery is through a third party company though, not Ikea.
Go to IKEA Indiana and see if there are positions open.
Typically I found they receive shipments on Thursdays and Fridays. If I've gone into the store over the weekend and something is out of stock, typically it's there by Thursday the following week.
I am not sure that is a question for the consumer. If I had to guess this location is quite new and it is likely due to the staff being new. Given some time, it will likely improve with experience. If you have more concerns I would address them with the location manager or corporate office.
They have a supervised play area where you can drop off kids for 1 hour. If you are a member of Ikea Family, you get an additional 30 minutes.
They don't they have the old school once! You have to push!
I don't believe it is, 6 pm Christmas Eve closing.
Yes, both online and in the store.
Yes, but you need reservations. General buffet will be open too, but to get the smorgasbord you have to reserve a spot
You can order the gift cards online and ship them to the address you want.
Visit customer service for returns. Take a number and wait. I highly recommend making exchanges during the week. Weekend returns involve long waits and are painful.
Website or at store
Single level. Wide main aisles.
Yes
Assembly service is available only when delivery is purchased. Pricing starts at $89 and is based on the value of merchandise, excluding sales tax. IKEA products are designed to be assembled by you. The public still must wait until the Grand Opening on October 11th.
Yes. Ikea has both the restaurant and the bistro along with the Swedish food market
They have said they will hold the same amount of inventory as the larger stores. 296,000 square feet and 1,000 parking spaces
