As Jennifer replied, it's cafeteria style service and seating. I'd suggest having someone scout ahead a few minutes before to grab some tables together if your group is very large just in case it's busy.
I dont think they take reservations. Its like any fast food restaurant.
It is like a cafeteria. You go thru the line and pay then seat yourself. Plenty of seating there even on busy days.
