Checked in at Tijuana Flats on Monday, have always had a great experience here. Staff are great very helpful for picky people like this anti vegetarian. I got the nachos (pictured). They kept all the green stuff off for me. So just chips, cheese, meat, beans, and Queso. Side thought.. Queso is really good. I was able to buy 2 pints of it from them off the catering menu. Only giving 4 stars because while my food was great the meat was cold. I think if I do not get all the vegetable stuff on my nacos an extra scoop of meat should be implied. The price didn't go down for me because I didn't want vegetables. Nevertheless, the normal portion of nacho to meat and bean was dead on. For me trying food without all the extras helps me to see of the main product is of good quality. I'd say the meat was still good cold. That's a big deal. The other reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the pop machine provides you with a watered down/flat pop. Not very good the syrup mix has been turned down. Two lack of quality disappointments but still a great place to get good Tex-Mex. I will still keep recommending this place and hope that my experience was a one time fluke.

I checked out Tijuana Flats for the first time yesterday and I was impressed!! Their food is DELICIOUS. I'm usually not a huge Tex-mex fan, but I loved it! Definitely recommend the chicken tacos! Not only was the food great, but the service was exceptional. We had a server checking on us and helping with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back!!

From out of town. First time here.Had a cool atmosphere with pictures and some art work on the wall. Had a hot sauce bar. Didn’t try it we ordered the food To go. Was busy and clean. Every employee we encounter was very friendly. Ordered 2 chicken bowls and cookie dough flautas. Food was very good. Good portions. Was asked if we were waiting for a to go order and We said yes was asked by an employee if we wanted something to drink while we wait. We declined but I did mentioned that I forgot to order chips and was brought chips and salsa with the to go but was not charged for them. Shout out to Jeanette and everyone that was I encountered. If I am in town again I would stop back

Please avoid this place for togo curbside. I was waiting in my car for a while and no one came. I went inside and turns out my food was just sitting by the cold windows in winter season. When i got home the food wasn't even worth eating. Soggy and paper stuck to food that won't come off all the way. All the cheese that gives the flavor is embedded inside the paper that's torn. Didn't even get my hot sauce i picked with it.

Not that i am aware of. If you're willing to drive there is at least two locations of the tamale place in Indy. They are really good.
More likely to get resolution by calling grub hub or the restaurant.
