Why does it take so long to get unloaded at the receiving dock last time we delivered it took 8 hrs!! This time it's 3 hrs and not even in the dock to get unloaded!!!!!!!

I am not sure that is a question for the consumer. If I had to guess this location is quite new and it is likely due to the staff being new. Given some time, it will likely improve with experience. If you have more concerns I would address them with the location manager or corporate office.
