IKEA is ripping people off. They made a delivery last month but didn't provide all the items. I have been trying to reach them via phone (they never answer and will not allow messages) and by email (they never respond). How do I get service?

Best answer would be going physically into the store. Right now the online and phone systems are extremely overwhelmed.

Best thing for you to do is, like the lady said, physically come into our store, present your bill of sale, if you still have it and I'm sure everything will be taken care.

I have learned that going to the store is better. I do not do delivery. I order online and pick it up myself. The fee for ordering online is returned to you in a card that you can use for future purchases.
