Best answer would be going physically into the store. Right now the online and phone systems are extremely overwhelmed.
Have you gone to the store to talk to customer service? Or contacted corporate instead of the individual store?
Best thing for you to do is, like the lady said, physically come into our store, present your bill of sale, if you still have it and I'm sure everything will be taken care.
I have learned that going to the store is better. I do not do delivery. I order online and pick it up myself. The fee for ordering online is returned to you in a card that you can use for future purchases.
