I came to the mall at 10AM when the it opened and I was going to stop by Zumies before going to Rue21 around 10:03 but the gate was down when the mall opened. I didn’t think much of it so because everyone runs late sometimes, so I came back about 20 minutes later after shopping around the gate was still down, I even took a photo of it. I was going to buy a skateboard and have it set up in store but I left because they still weren’t open at 10:30

This place is horrible. No one does their job here. Helping the customer is way too much for them. They have bad attitudes and just look bored. The manager Sam does not know anything, and lies to the customers face. Don't come here, it's an unwelcomed experience. Hire friendlier workers who want to actually work.

They're products are inferior and prices too high. I bought 2 pairs of their brand jeans and a pair of shorts. Shorts fell apart and only wore them once. Tried to return but they denied the return because they were worn. The pants had buttons and zippers breaking after a few times wearing them. I wore pants and shorts casually. I'd hate to see what would happen if they were put to the test. I suggest you shop somewhere else!
