Went on Thursday night after shopping at the mall. Kat was our waitress and she was attentive and made an effort to connect with us- especially my 9 year old who had a Harry Potter book with him. Service was fast and the food was good. All in all a great experience.

Food was warm not hot. Service needs improvement. Not sure if server was new? doing food running? Bussing?? He was polite and pleasant. Granted we were a group of 10, the restaurant was not half full at that point, server could have been more attentive. There were 2 small children that were getting "hangry" if their meals would have come out early as asked the children would have been fine. There were several things that were messed up - didn't get an appetizer, was told another server took it, we asked at least 5 times and 2 servers for crackers for kids to hold them over, two meals were wrong. Positive note portions were good on meals and appetizers.

My husband and I went to this location for the first time. Our experience was great from beginning to end. Kat was our waitress she was very attentive and personable. When we requested condiments for our meal she serviced us with a smile and in a timely fashion. Her service was impeccable. Our food and drinks were delicious! We will definitely return and request Kat to be our waitress.
