I had changed my mind about the knives right before they were shipped. So I contacted the representative that had sold them to me, and they told me that they told their manager and would give me a call to cancel my order. They never contacted me. I did this for 2 weeks, even after they arrived. I never opened them. I call their customer service and they told me that they would put in a cancel request & sent me a return label and I shipped it back. I got an email this morning, saying that the monthly payment is due in 3 days... even though I was told that they would put in a cancel request. Bogus company and shady.

We bought these knives thinking we made a good solid purchase. They were good for about 6 months. The butchers and large chef knife started to rust. They do not hold an edge the scissors are dull pretty much after a few uses of cutting chicken. Contacted Cutco about the performance and rusting issues. Customer service was poor. They did replace the butchers knife but not the chefs knife because of the rusting. Overall it's a poor product. Save your money.
