We called to schedule my daughter's first dentist visit in February, got an appointment in May. They called back to ask if we wanted an appointment for early March at a time we couldn't make. We said no, we'll keep the May appointment. Today we called to check the date and time of her appointment to find out they rescheduled it for the March date we declined and now they won't see her until July. This is absolutely unacceptable and the worst customer service I have experienced.
