June 17 was SUNDAY!! Husband and I , went this place Macy to buy perfume for him. But one of the woman who work in the perfume place, she was working in the perfume of chanel and versace. But this woman, was staring at us from head to toe, its look like she was judging us, we felt unwelcome in this place, we moved to another perfume place, but I noticed she followed us and staring with us. She was very unprofessional and for this woman FYI we have money!!!!!!

Went to Estee Lauder counter. Sale person very nice but they ran out of the gift/promotional bags. She stated you can get them on Macy's.com (i could). Also stated could get on Estee Lauder site (you can not). Oh well...at least I could get it.

The first floor womens restroom is not as roomy as the upstairs. Yes, It is out dated and looks tired. Typically both are clean unless someone trashed the place. I have noticed more people lack respect for others therefore, leave the toilet a mess or miss the toilet completely, let alone throw the T paper on the floor. The best action if you encounter anything that is not acceptable is to report it to a staff member or Manager. Please, if your not happy, give Macy's a chance to correct it. This store is tired looking but, I don't care because I'm just glad they didnt close this location.
