I walked in yesterday afternoon and was told to come back at 4:30. When I got back, and was told that he had overbooked and to come in the morning. Went in and asked him to "shave me up" holding my hands on the sides of my face. He put the hot towel on me and started my shave after that. He was using a straight razor and ended up taking my goatee off. I did not ask him to do this. Even after the "shave". I have hairs all on my right side of my face and mouth. Horrible job and apparently doesn't know what he is doing. Will never use again!
