Initially I was going to leave a 2 star review (late material delivery/communication issues) but because of Kevin J's outstanding customer service and understandable explanation for the aforementioned issues I changed my mind. Staffing shortages and very demanding customers are a reality of today's business world and those problems make for friction on both ends. Be honest with your customers, take a moment to logically/sensibly explain the problem and then offer a token of your appreciation (from both sides) and things will work out. I will remain a Talbert's customer because Kevin did the above and handled the situation professionally.

Really slow at unloading. I’ve delivered wood products here 5 times now. I wait minimum an hour before I even get started unloading. Never had this problem with any lumber store but this one. Most annoying part of waiting long here is that there is no room so I have move my truck back and forth to let other vehicles by until they decide to unload me. Literally saw the guy unloading pass by about 10 times in the forklift not carrying a thing. Management really needs to work on this.
