I have never had more trouble trying to receive a package. I called several times trying to get in touch with someone at the local branch but could only speak with a condescending customer service rep at the national level. I will never use FedEx again.

I’m not sure if this is the distribution center for Cary 27511 but I need to know why my packages from Walmart are not getting delivered. I have had 2 packages this week that I didn’t receive. One package was supposed to be delivered during s time I was free and available. The delivery date updated much later in the evening to the day I was working. I sign up for the delivery alerts and haven’t had this issue with every issue but it’s becoming a problem. I have filed cases but they are closed since the package “ was delivered by the driver”. I have found one of my packages at the building next to mine outside someone’s door with the same apartment letter. I am beyond tired contacting Walmart after 2 days for a refund or replacement. I would not like to think that someone is intentionally targeting me and stealing my packages especially since no one bothers my neighbor’s packages that sit outside all hours of the day and the drivers aren’t being careless/lazy. I wish the drivers take a picture of where they left your package like Amazon. I now dread ordering something that will be delivered by FedEx

They're trucks are driving through my driveway without permission and no deliveries. This wears on my gravel it is costly to have big trucks going through my driveway. This is not acceptable

Terrible terrible service.... Delivery driver today threw my package at my porch with not a care, there was a computer in there!! Some drivers place the package on my porch but 60% of the time they toss the package. Also FedEx is never on time!! Get your act together!! UPS can do it just fine, why can't FedEx?? Literally no exaggeration, 85% of my FedEx deliveries are late. Get it together FedEx!
