Hi Johnny, I'm a newbie, but I talked to my GP about trying cannabis and he pointed me to the state website for registration: https://mmcc.health.maryland.gov/Registry/LandingPage.aspx I registered there (be sure to get the picture right that you send them, or you may get delayed like I did - white background only!). After registering, it may take several weeks to hear back from them. There's a board that goes through all of the applications and approves/denies them. I got an email message back with my registration number. I had to take that back to my doctor and he went onto the system and completed my registration for me. I have also just signed up to receive my ID card today. I hope this helped! Becky

No, you have to get the license from the state. Even after, the doctor approves you. But, it doesn't take long, anymore, to get approval.

If you dont have ur medical card then you have to go as a guest with someone who does have one

It all depends because they have different strains at different times. However, they have a list each day and what the particular strain is used for in terms of relief.

Well, it's relatively easy if you have a qualifying condition that a physician can certify. Just apply with tha Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission and you'll be placed in there database.
