This office is listed as by appointment only via signs on the door (the internet doesn't tell us this) but has a drop box to save a stamp on paperwork submission.

I approached the front desk Linda Briggs did not even give me permission to ask the question and immediately talked to me like if I was a dog telling me to calm down when I'm with a young lady I'm not being vulgar or disrespectful I just wanted to ask a question and she was very disrespectful until she saw me write her name down. We need people who are patient, understanding, guiding, etc.. Please help our country by giving these positions to people that desire to help others and not just behave in a disrespectful manner.

I stopped practicing real estate in 2008, apparently somewhere down the line the paperwork did not get filed. While I was serving in the milirary these bills kept accruing and it is now 2018. When I called the rep, she asked for my social which I was not comfortable giving. From there they conversation was a nightmare. She was rude and nasty and then I had to get nasty too. She continue to accuse me of not contacting their Department, instead of realizing we do not really know where the error happened. I asked her to back date the charges and discontinue my file that's been running for 10 years. Apparently she only discontinued the file and did not back out the charges. This department is supposed to Serve the People and the way I was treated was deplorable. Please look into the customer service
