This office is annoying ! They don't ever pick up the phone when you leave messages for certain caseworker they don't respond back for months on end.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are absolutely zero help. I don’t know if it’s pure laziness or they just don’t give a rip about anyone or both. We moved here from Ohio got laid off from our jobs due to covid. They have either screwed up our paperwork or completely lost our paperwork on more than 2 occasions delaying any help by months!!! And here we go again, first they said they didn’t get our paperwork, now they’re saying they found our paperwork but that we are over the income which now they are saying no, actually you’re definitely NOT over the income but now need to re-apply which will take at least a month !! They are the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever had to deal with. Unbelievable.

Not for the Single Man/Woman, only for Kids,Disabled... When you call the call center, they CAN NOT give you VITAL information but be friendly. But if you need VITAL information and Help, you will only get a Supervisor showing Empathy but nothing will be resolved, just the Supervisor speaking to his/her Team. You are better off on the streets or in a shelter than coming here for help

Each individual Social Services has a director. The department of health & human services oversees & draft policy for programs throughout the state. There is a director at dept. Of health and human sevices.

What is the money for? Clothing, school supplies, medicine? A lot of programs offer assistance but you have to specify the reason to be better matched with a service.
