Today the kindest man, who honestly looked like a model or living visionary board of utter fashion, kindly rectified an issue for me caused by Nordstrom Rack. The ladies apparel manager was so sweet and facilitated the return. I was so upset with the way I was treated at Rack, and their kind gesture really was uplifting. I have spent thousands a year between Nordstrom and Rack and the really awful people at Rack turned me into a person that will Never ever spend another dime there. The kind man and woman today at Nordstrom won me over because they treated me like a human being, and my business mattered. You can cheap out on customer service, but that is penny wise and pound foolish. Thank you so much to the kind man and woman at Nordstrom today.

Really nice clothes, great prices. The shoes in the other hand were outrageous. $250 for a pair of tennis shoes and that was the sale price. Staff was very friendly 😊

I visited the mens shoe department in Nordstroms on Saturday 5/28. It was quite busy and I was disappointed although not surprised (given the times) that there was only one employee available to assist at least 7 customers. While I certainly waited longer than was reasonable for my turn (about 15 minutes), I watched in awe as this young man greeted and acknowledged all of the customers clamoring for his help and in turn served each of us. The wait time was outside of his control, but it was clear to me he was determined to provide each one with the best customer service he humanely possible. That kind of excellence is hard to find in the best of times. I believe his name began with a T and he wore a head wrap of some kind.

Salesman seemed more concerned he would lose his customer still shopping on the floor while handling my returns. I didn't have great confidence my transaction was handled correctly. Lacked the famous Nordstrom service quality. Unbelievable. I would have appreciated if he would have said he would find someone else to help me since he was already with a customer instead of saying he would have to have me step aside if his customer came to the desk!! Really???
