I had an appointment set up for a Wednesday at 1130am. I was told to show up at 11am to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient there, so to be safe I decided to show up at 1040am just so I had extra time to get everything done and so nothing would have to be rushed. I got everything filled out and they even called me back a few minutes early so I was thinking great thats awesome i will definitely be out of here by 1230 to make it back to work on time as I had to be back BY 1pm which shouldn't have a been a big deal since my appointment was scheduled for 1130am, right? Wrong. I sat there and waited for well over an hour waiting for the doctor to come in and see me for the problem I have been having. 1130am came and went and still no doctor. Finally a nurse came and got me at 12 and moved me to the ultrasound room and I explained to her once again that I HAD to be back to work AT 1pm so I had to leave by 1230. She looked at the clock and said "okay no problem we have plenty of time"(30 minutes). Again I sat in the room and continued to wait, finally at 1220 I said screw it and got up and started to leave because I had to leave in 10 minutes anyways when finally guess who decides to show up? Dr ghausi. He then had to rush my entire appointment which is wrong since I shouldn't have to be rushed for an appointment i had scheduled for an hour prior to him actually seeing me. Basically listened to what I said and then said he would call in two prescriptions for me. I walked out to leave and asked if I needed to do anything for the prescriptions and they said no he was electronically sending them as we spoke so I thought cool ill have my husband pick them up tomorrow they should definitely be ready by then. Again I was wrong. Not only were they not ready but ghausi NEVER sent it in. So I had to call the office and ask them what was going on and why they hadn't sent them. Only for them to ask what I was on previously(which I wasn't on anything) for them to try and tell me I was on some sort of BC I had never even taken in my life. And they said okay well he will send something. So I asked about the other prescription he said he was sending and they said oh we will ask him about it and said he will send it once he gets the chance. Well he ended up sending the one prescription in but that was it. He might be a great OB and maybe he was just held up that day but don't schedule appointments if you're not going to be able to see the patient in a timely manner.

Dr. Ghausi delivered my first baby 6.5 years ago. He is a caring, patient doctor. I had to switch doctors because of an insurance change shortly after, but I wish Dr. Ghausi could have delivered all of my babies!

He has delivered both my daughters and has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I had my daughters very close together so I saw him for 2 years, his office felt like my home. The office staff is an amazing team and work very well together. I commend him for strongly advising me not to choose a Cesarean birth when now a days most doctors would agree given my circumstances. I unfortunately had a little complication during labor with my second and was able to see how he reacted under a stressful situation when my daughters life was on the line and I have never felt so confident in a doctor before. He was calm and attentive he explained everything clearly which made me feel a lot less worried and was able to focus more on pushing her out. He truly cares and you can feel it. I don't have one bad experience with this establishment and highly recommend you to choose him to help start your family or any gynecology needs.

Fantastic bedside manner, very knowledgeable, patient and caring. If only all doctors were like this. I've been seeing doctor Ghausi for years now and he delivered my baby. I was terrified and neurotic and he always made me feel relaxed and confident. He listens. Even the nurses at Los Robles said they love working with him. Always pleasant. No huge ego! You'd be fortunate to have him as a doctor. I wish he did general practice and dentistry, too, I'd see him for everything.
