This office is amazing! The staff here are so wonderful. My dog is a bit of a baby when it comes to needles. They took their time and did everything in their power to make it a positive experience for him. They didn't rush him and they were so very kind and gentle with him. I could not be more impressed with this team and the customer service.

Have been very happy with Broadview! Vets and techs seem truly interested in my concerns with my dogs and listen to me. They always give them lots of attention too, which really helps me to get them to like it there. Thanks for caring so much about my babies! ❤️🙏🏻

BROADVIEW animal hospital of Rochester were so kind and professional last night to me and to my Rusty. The kindness brought me peace. SOME say that no words can help, but that is not true, if it weren't for the kindness last night that the staff of Broadview gave to Rusty and myself, I don't know how I would have tolerated this horrible experience of helping my Sweet Rusty cross over to becoming an Angel. I also need to give credit to Debbie from SCAP, she was there and cried with me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. My Rusty has his Angel Wings....

I usually switch between Dover and Rochester, but my dogs vet left the Dover location so I went back to Rochester. One of the biggest reasons I loved Dover was for the kind vet techs, but while at the Rochester location my dog fell in love with Mandy (it might have been all the treats, but it’s all the same to him), I guess you can request a vet tech as well as a doctor, and Mandy is for sure his! Not only has she kept my nervous 14 yr old dog happy, but she’s extended her help further to myself in preparation and after my dogs surgery. Thank you to Doctor Berry for a successful and safe surgery, and Mandy for going above and beyond!

Questions & Answers

Finally, a Veterinarian practice that I feel deserves more than a 10! I couldn’t be happier with the loving care given to my Collie Ruger today after having a seizure. The staff were very welcoming. Our Vet Tech, A+++ LOVE Dr. Cathy Gajewski

Been with them for over 6 years. My whole family come to Broadview. They're just that wonderful. They deserve a 20 on a 1-10 scale.

Looking for an avian vet, do they care for birds (parakeets/canaries) as well?

I do not know. The web site states "dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets". Try calling. If they don't care for birds, they may know of a very that does.
