Don't lose him as an employee - he was kind, funny, helpful and attentive to every single customer that walked in the door, and was able to manage all of our concerns and needs.

Very nice service even under short of staffs. They take customers' needs as their first priority. I had a flat tire and made a request online, but they understood my urgency and accepted my service request although they were short of staff and noticed me it might take a couple hours before they can check my flat tire. While I was waiting in the shop, the technician who was taking care of the front deck went to check my car when there was no customers needed his service. He was able to identify the issue and fixed it right away. So, I can go back to work in no time. When I was waiting there, I also notice that they always provided the cost and estimated time for their services, and made sure customers understand clearly. Very professional and polite. I will come back again if I need their services in the future.

Went in on a Saturday morning. Had break grinding. Needed new routers and the works. Was told the car should be done before 5pm. Went to lunch for a couple hours came back and boom my car was done. They found the parts closer to the location and exceeded my expectation. Highly recommend. Thank you.
