I have had my furniture stored at the Brookdale location since November of 2016 when my husband passed away and my things are safe and secure there. The staff, Martha, has been very helpful to me when making payments over the phone. I highly recommend this facility that is operated by Overcash Realty.

We have 3 smaller sizes, some offer the climate controlled option and then 3 locations, so all that changes what is charged for the unit, please call us at 704-938-8060 and we will be happy to help narrow down size and what location offers it.
Best thing to do is call and tell them what size of boat you have and they would be able to give you an actual price
