Never on time each week. Leave trash can for 2 days. No pick up yet. I called office. ( old) Lady that answered ( must be 70yo) was slow and not to caring about it.. Maybe needs to retire.

Kannapolis city does an impressive job at keeping our city clean! I am fortunate to live within the city limits with a Concord address. Kannapolis takes ALMOST any kind of big awkward trash.

Bought an extra trash can can the truck took it. When I called, they said would investigate it. No one knew nothing about it.
