I've been using VCCU for over 7 years and have always appreciated their excellent service. My girlfriend and I were in the process of looking for a car, got pre-approved, and went into this branch to finish things up. I was helped by Anthony Young who took all of the stress and worry out of the situation immediately, I knew we were going to be well taken care of. Anthony put me in a position to drive down to Murrieta and get the car we always wanted! His attention to detail and customer service are unmatched compared to any bank, agent, or rep I've talked to within VCCU. All great people, but Anthony is in another tier of his own. Please, give this man the recognition for all he did for me, and for other members that may not take the time to write a review!!

Sara B was a great help and provided excellent customer service and was very consistent with following up after my visit. I’ve been a member of this bank for over two years and she is one of the main reasons I enjoy this bank. I highly suggest handling business with her.

I wanted to take this time to share my excellent experience with VCCU in getting an a refi auto loan. My overall experience was nothing short of fantastic. Most of that can be attributed to the excellent customer service I received from Sara B. From start to finish Sara was professional, competent, efficient, friendly and personable. It was wonderful to be treated like real person rather than simply be another file going to underwriting. The loan I received was more than half off of the rate that I was currently paying, the term was reduced by two years and my payments were about the same. I could not be happier with the deal. I believe the whole process was done in less than 48 hours from my initial inbound call to Sara B. I recommend that if you’ve been holding off on initiating the process of obtaining a loan, that you simply call into VCCU and let them get you a quote. You’ll be glad you did. Ask for Sarah. She was phenomenal. Chris

This credit union absolutely does not care about their customers. I've been a member for over 15 years and got a surprise email Saturday that my credit score had dropped 90 points from VCCU saying I didn't pay my credit card which I didn't have a balance on and hadn't received any statement for. I called instantly to find out what was going on and was told there was a fee put on the card and I hadn't paid it. I informed them I had never received a statement or a call saying it was passed due and especially during Covid when so many people are out of work you would think they would at least make a courtesy call before ruining someone's credit! The girl claimed they called three times but no longer leave voicemails. I demanded to speak to a manager and she promised one would call me. Six days later I still hadn't received a call so I called again and spoke to a supervisor. He gave me a completely different story that they had never called because they only send notifications by email now. I asked when I had signed agreeing to that when my junk filter grabs all their emails and he informed me they hadn't called or gotten signatures approving only notifying me by email but that they still would not remove the 30 day ding from my credit. This used to be a good bank but they have gone so far down hill. I switched my primary banking years ago when I saw the decline in VCCU's customer service but I'll be closing my remaining accounts and card after this.
