I cannot say enough good things about Preferred Auto!! They squeezed me in and got my brakes done in record time. Mark was awesome and did an excellent job. They even washed my car!! Cherisse and Crista in the office are so sweet and very knowledgeable. So nice to find a quality car place you can trust!! 10/10 would recommend!

I bought a used SUV recently that needed some work done. Two facilities around town I took the vehicle to first were unable to do the work needed due to some complexity in the suspension system. Both these facilities independently recommended I go to Preferred Auto Centre. I am so glad I did - this was the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. I never once felt like I was being sold unnecessary work - they were very honest during the whole process and explained everything so well (which included providing pictures of the issues). The staff were professional. Crista in the front office is amazing - she did a fantastic job keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work, which was completed on-time. They even had the car washed before I picked it up. They have earned a loyal customer in me for sure. I just wish I would have found them sooner!

From the 1st call I made, Cherice s’ was SO helpful! She was kind, made me feel comfortable to bring in my Truck to check the problem. When I arrived she remembered me. Mr Mark Miller, owner, helped me out right away. They are a very busy business, but they could take care of my truck the next day. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Mark and his team were exceptional! They took my Lincoln Navigator in on an emergency and took care of my suspension problem immediately.
