I took my bike to be tuned up. I was told if would take about a week for the tune-up After dropping off my bike. Two weeks go by and I haven't heard from the store. I give them a call and am informed my bike will take a few more days. Okay. 19 days later I go to pick up my bike. Do to time restrictions I didn't have time to do a proper "test ride" the bike. Paid them $150 and left. The next day I was able to go for a ride and the bike fell apart. Yes you read that correctly. They "forgot" the tighten the Handel bars and I went crashing to the road and twisted my wrist as the bike falls apart. Don't trust them with your equipment, they just may ruin it.

Ken's is my one stop shop for all my bike-related needs. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable. They quickly helped me get an '80s Cannondale up and running again when it was in a state of disrepair. Cost was very reasonable for labor and parts. Now my daily ride! I will continue to use Ken's for tune ups. You guys rock!
