Just a huge shout out to Tara, who is perhaps the most efficient and most effusive customer service person I've ever encountered. I wish Tara would do all customer service for all things... but then she would be so tired! I was impressed with the speed with which she was able to fit me in for an appointment, and then my van was serviced so quickly (within 1 day). I had a Volta battery issue and they were able to get in there and find/fix the issue. Their team did all communication to make sure service was under warranty (above and beyond!). The turnaround, service, and communication was all excellent. Everything I could hope for a service I don't want to have to need in the first place- thanks La Mesa (and especially Tara).

We bought our 24 foot Thor motorhome at La Mesa RV in Davis in February 2021 and we love our RV. We also have been very impressed with their customer service. Their mobile RV technician Vince has been wonderful. He explains everything and is very helpful. Our assigned office staff for the mobile RV tech, Ashley has been equally wonderful with keeping us updated and scheduling our appointments. Our technician is very reliable as well. We would highly recommend La Mesa RV.

La Mesa RV Center was fantastic in providing support. Vince from the mobile team with La Mesa RV was on time. He was able to complete all work in a timely manner and explained in detail everything he was doing, and the WHY behind it, and helped me with having understanding on how to use the generator in my Rize 18M, as the dealer did not give me the specific details he was able to provide. It has been a great experience from beginning to end dealing with La Mesa RV Center in Davis, CA. Time for the annual services for our 42 ft Class A motorhome. There are always a few extras that need to be addressed, we had 9 items in total, including Aqua Hot. As we live in our RV full-time, it was important to have our service started and finished on time! The service writer was very efficient and communicated with us often and on time. The services were performed as planned. We returned for one item to be corrected. We would recommend La Mesa Davis Service Center over any other Bay Area RV service. Service last year at La Mesa Tuscon was equally awesome!

Hello Charles are you speaking of the maintenance service packages if you are they are great for beginning of season travel.
Only oil changes and filter replacements
If you can get to the backside of the water heater it should be able to be removed from there.

Customer service is terrible. We brought our campervan in for repairs of broken items that should have been found during the 1 week "prep period" after our purchase. We arranged for a repair appt and my wife drove 2 hours to the Davis lot. BTW, many phone calls were not returned ... this was a 1 month process to scedule. They had arranged for all of the noted parts to be available for our visit. It turns out that they did not have shore water connector that we needed. They told my wife that she would need to schedule another visit. I was livid when heard this and spoke with the person in charge of repairs at the Davis fscility. I asked her if they could remove a good connector from a van on the lot and install it on ours - the answer was no. I called the LaMesa headquarters and spoke to someone "more important": he cslled the Davis facility and told them to do the switch. No was were we going to make anothr 4 hour round trip (plus hours of waiting).
