Came here to have an injury looked at. I received very poor care at this location. I have not been able to see a specialist for my health issue. I have been passed from doctor to doctor and they won't let me see a specialist. I feel like I interrupted the latest doctor I was assigned to on a phone call. She seemed like she was trying to finish the call as quickly as possible. Their receptionists are helpful and professional. If only their doctors were the same.

Davis Kaiser is a great clinic. It is our favorite go to place for our healthcare. Our PCP is located there and she is wonderful! She is great at whatever our needs may be, and if she is unable to provide that care, she knows where to refer us to. We would have no problem referring friends or family.

Five stars for: easy access to care, physician expertise and compassion, continuity (seeing same doctor and internal coordination between all parties), speedy Rx filling, staff friendliness and professionalism, modern hospitals, clean medical offices. Sample size: 18 years, approx 100 visits between kids and me, 2 births (one long and difficult), several ER visits for scary kid accidents, care for ongoing health issues... you name it. Point of comparison: Switched my kids’ coverage for one year to UC Davis. That provided an opportunity to directly compare. What was worse: ease of sheduling care, internal coordination between doctors/staff, time and costs filling Rxs. Overall I felt lower trust that we’d get what we needed. Re-enrolled them in Kaiser at very next open enrollment. Kaiser: Five stars.

I have been with Kaiser for more than 40 years and in the beginning had to drive to Vallejo for health care. Now I have the clinic a few blocks away. Over the years I have had at least 7 primary care doctors and all have been good. My family has gone with Kaiser through child birth to my 86 year old declining health wit care that was highly skilled and based upon my needs rather than the bottom line. I have the health care all citizens deserve.

Questions & Answers

Why does the lab open so late? I'm supposed to have my blood work done by 9 am. 8:15 does not leave much time or margin for error.

It's such a small facility. I too am disappointed the pharmacy isn't open on the weekends and has such restrictive hours.
