I took my iphone 12 mini to have the cracked screen replaced. They did a fast fantastic job. A few weeks into the repair the screen 's response started to decline. I reached out to the store and they were super awesome and ordered a new screen and replaced it with no cost because it was under warranty. This place is super amazing with customer service, a clean store, friendly staff, and the waiting room always smells so good!!! Thank you.

I don't know his name, but he has helped me with my phone battery issue I've been dealing with. His customer service skills are what you think of when you think of 'excellent customer service'. He is thoughtful, clear, and answers questions before you even ask them. All customer service representatives from any industry should just go observe how he interacts with customers for effective training purposes.
