I called this establishment to verify if they could service my vehicle and I was assured that they could. I took it in the next morning soon after they opened at 8:00 a.m. My vehicle service was completed and I was on my way out around 8:40 a.m. From the first phone call to the check in/out process the customer service experience was amazing!!! I went here because of all the good reviews. Took them 3 hours more than estimated time to fix a tire alignment issue just to not tighten the lug nuts properly. Took 2 weeks for my tire to start knocking and shaking sending me on a wild goose chase for a problem that didn't exist. Makes me wonder what other corners they cut.
