Was seen promptly, Mark the NP was great at getting my IV. Unfortunately I don’t remember the female doc/PA/np (not sure of her title) but she was great as well.

well in my eyes this place does nobody any good .definitly did me no good .i was sent there to be seen by a dr. to go over my chest x-rays .a nurse showed up in my room with NO DR . So you wondering if i got any answers . NO I DID NOT . ive come to the conclusion that there are no DR. at this location and if have anything other than a cold they can not treat you ,but just bill you and give you asprin .i've been in this office 3 times and sent by another Dr.from ER. this place needs to be closed immediately . ..... it would be in the publics best intrest !

Urgent care! Absolutely not!! I went there yesterday am approximately 8:15am I was checked in shortly, then my blood pressure was taken. Thereafter, I was placed in a room 45 minutes without any one saying anything to me at all. I then came out of room and asked. What’s going on? Just to be told someone will be with you shortly. Note: my blood pressure was 170/ 120 Chest was hurting and I felt dizzy at this point. I asked to be removed out the system. Of they kept my co- pay and did nothing to assist me. This facility should be named Snail Care! Because they move with no motivation at all. And lack communication & professionalism. I literally came back and experienced the same thing twice in one day. No matter what position you may find yourself in please treat people fair and equal especially when it comes to an individual’s health. Avoid this So called prompt care because ain’t nothing prompt about it.
