It was a quick and fast appointment, which I loved. It is a great experience for anyone when they can walk into a medical facility and be taken care of in a timely manner. I did not have to wait at all. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a physician.

I visited this urgent care two months ago for excruciating pain in my abdomen. They pressed on my stomach to see where the pain was existing I was sent home with a diagnosis of stomach virus (after I mentioned that I think I have the stomach virus) and they prescribed me some nausea medicine and took some urine. The next day I ended up in the ER with a ruptured appendix and had to have emergency surgery (almost died). I know that this is an urgent care but you shouldn't guestimate what is wrong with someone, if you aren't sure or its beyond your scope you should refer them to the ER. A nurse at AU pressed on my stomach (just like the lady at urgent care did) while I was in the ER waiting room and immediately suspected that it was my appendix.

Tara the receptionist overcharged me then refunded me my money, but then my bank account says pending on the refund so when she try’s my debit card again it won’t go through because everything is pending and she still wouldn’t let me get seen because everything is pending. I ask to speak with her supervisor and she replies “they’re off on the weekends sorry”. What kind of an establishment is this?
