Gates are constantly not working properly; thus, they keep them open. Last week someone tried to break in into someone else car. I hope they fix all the gates soon.

I’m coming up on my second month here and so far so good. There aren’t any major issues I’ve had to deal with. The apartments are nice, the grounds are kept clean, and overall I feel safe walking at night. Some downsides would be my neighbors and the commotions they have going on, the walls are a little thin so I can hear more than I would like too. The valet trash usually come everyday in the evening except on weekends, or when it’s raining. The gates don’t always open, but honestly I think it comes from people hitting/running into them, idk how and why they do but the gates would work properly if people stop being stupid. I recently had to put in a maintenance request for my air because it wasn’t blowing cold. I literally put it in @5a and they came knocking a couple hours later @9a. As far as the leasing office Brooke and Jacqueline have been a huge help with my moving process and have helped out with issues that I’ve had.
