It’s a good place to live besides the thin walls and noisy neighbors. Only con is please make sure you have a phone to let your guests in the gate bc if not you will be running back and forth to the gate letting your guests in which is VERY annoying especially when you have 2 toddlers and it’s COLD out side!!! Giving them my gate card would be a definite no because I can’t give my card to every single guest I have when I only receive ONE!! I’m sure if the elderly doesn’t have a phone they’re not running back and forth to gate to let their guests in but anyways Ms. Norma is GREAT ! I love love love Ms. Norma the maintenance is okay though you just HAVE to stay on them! My air went out and it didn’t take them long to get it taken care of.

I’ll admit… the landscaping, the foliage, the gated community and even the apartments themselves are gorgeous! The price was exactly what I was looking for. The staff is sweet and try to be helpful! Don’t be deceived, though! There’s drug dealers, loud, disorderly conduct and strict rules there! They get you in there but unless you’re willing to tolerate neighbors begging, stealing and into your business all the time, approaching you for money and drugs…. Oh…. And cigarettes/booze and rides…. Don’t move in there! I moved out after 1 year. So glad I left there! Oh, and the staff may run a criminal background check on everyone who lives there, but that doesn’t keep their families and friends from coming in and bringing all the low life thugs in!!!!

Thank you for your interest in our community. This amount varies based on a variety of factors. Water is metered and billed based on individual usage, but we typically see a range of about $15-$30/month. Utilities are billed directly to the resident so we do not have an average we can share. However, some of our senior residents do participate in the affordable plan with Georgia Power.
