I recently moved into my niche 2 months ago and I am loving it. The utilities are new and updated, the apartment was clean and they have complimentary coffee for their residents! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and Mercedes walked me through the whole process of getting my first apartment and was a huge help. They made this process easy and relaxed. I’ve lived at Canalside for 3 years now and it’s been a pleasure. Mercedes helped me tremendously back in 2019 when I needed an apartment ASAP. I reached out asking if anything was available and within a week I was able to move in. For anyone entering the medical field this apartment is perfect. This place puts you walking distance to 2 of our 3 major hospitals and the health science campus. Mercedes and Lawerence have always been a help and a pleasure.
