The cozy hidden gem, Ms Tracy was more than helpful with the moving process coming from out of state. Whenever I had a maintenance issue (which is one so far) they’re pretty prompt and accurate. Our maintenance guy is pretty nice! I’d recommend this place for those who work, like a clean space and enjoy a quiet environment . There’s a dog park which is nice as well. Also, the location is perfect because you’re sort of in the middle of everywhere malls, shopping center, and movies etc.

This is an EXTREMELY clean, quite neighborhood. Maintenance is superb! The new manager is extremely nice but doesn't seem to follow thru on certain projects...she needs to be more responsible...this comment is due expressly for only one project so far...all else has been addressed! Been here a year and a half...VERY nice place!

Hi, Keshia. Anyone can apply for one of our apartments. However, we cannot approve those who still owe money to a previous community. We also do check rental verification history to ensure property was not damaged in the past. It really depends on the individual circumstances.
