Very dishonest. Quoted one rate but given a much higher rate. They never disclosed the rate change. Snuck in a service contract that we did not want or ask for. Refused to provide us copies of paperwork we signed. Refused to give us the name or contact information for our lender. Refused to provide us with the GMs or Finance Manager names and contact info. Byron is the worst.

Although I love my Mitsubishi Outlander and was very happy with the initial purchase and the sales staff, my experience with the Maintenance department has been repeatedly horrible. I have made appointments only to arrive and then they don't have me on the schedule; and on another visit I had to wait almost 2 hours because someone forgot to inform me or the service desk that they were done. And . . . the list goes on, including issues with my touchscreen for the radio system. I may buy another Mitsubishi, but I won't use Augusta Mitsubishi for service ever again unless they get their act together.

Had to take my 22 Outlander for a repair of a nationwide recall of the back up camera. I swear they only had my vehicle for a hot minute, so hopefully they did what was needed. They were nice ppl but if it breaks I'm taking it right back up there.
