Took my car into have rotors fixed, did a terrible job, insisted they did not recognize what the problem was when car returned still shaking, had to take it to another auto shop to get correct repair, first time getting bad work at pep boys, and being charged for it. Will hesitate to take my car there again. There are obviously some jobs they do well, but I would not trust them to do a a brake job on my or anyone else's car. Front staff is friendly respectful kind, but I have serious questions about technicians working currently on the cars.
