I was given a 1:30 appointment time. I showed up at 1:28. When I arrived, front desk said “you were supposed to show up at 1:15, so we took the person behind you”. No one told me this.. also, if I am supposed to show up at 1:15, why not make my appointment time 1:15?! I had a really lovely technician who was kind and helpful.

Worst customer service. Techs were nice, it was the first front desk as soon as you walk in.

After getting zero direction from my primary when my 5 year old may have broken her wrist, this staff came through for us! Very thankful for Mike the technician who realized I needed help once we saw the X-rays confirmation of two fractures. He got a Dr there to verify the images so he could call the primary basically making him tell us what to do from there since he ignored my questions about the process. Mike even rushed to burn the images in a CD to take with me and the staff got the primary to talk to me directly while I was there. Otherwise I would have been left with the ‘I’ll call you tomorrow’ as my 5 year old would be left uncasted ( and me frantic) being on his time . Appreciate everyone at this office ..

If I could rate this place zero stars I would, my mother called yesterday to book an appointment asked the lady who answered the phone if she spoke Spanish, she said “yes I do” but refused to speak it which is fine to each it’s own, but don’t say you speak the language and then refuse to speak it. Today came, my mom went in same lady her name is Jackie. very rude, again she said she spoke Spanish but refused to help and said that everyone should bring an interpreter everywhere they go. But yesterday on the phone failed to mention this and also said only the patient can enter the building due to Covid restrictions. My mom left without getting her work done. Do yourself a favor if you want to be treated as a human being especially in this world we’re living in DO NOT GO HERE.
