Definitely hit or miss...I have run into great people working there, conversational, etc....and I have had some of the rudest techs ever. Including a desk person one afternoon that admitted that they were hoping no more patients would come...then tried to tell me my test needed to be fasting (so I would go away?). I actually called my doc from the waiting room to confirm (she said it didn't need to be fasting). And then the desk person told me, "doctors don't know about these things, they think they do, but they don't, we do." (I opted to follow my doc's advice). And then when I did get in to get the blood drawn, I tried to make conversation with the tech, and she just said, "I don't want to hear it, man." If you have other options....I'd take 'em...

Surprised how quickly I was able to get in and out. Everyone was very friendly and I felt at ease.

Even when provided with a BCBSRI card and ID, they are very honest to say they have referrals everywhere and have no easy way to track them. There is only one person tending to patients at the So. Kingston site. Go somewhere else. I did.
