I called to make an appointment and they told me that they would take my dog in while I wait bc they are only doing curbside... My dog is a rescue with severe, SEVERE, separation anxiety which gets worse when he's being examined by a vet. The only way to keep him calm is to be by his side. How can a vet's office not understand that of all places? No other vet has ever said that I can't be with him, not even at the height of covid. This policy is absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. So now my dog, which is having difficulty with his vision can't be seen bc I would have to stay in my car. Absolutely unbelievable. Honestly. Do better.

Was disappointed when told follow-up would be same as first exam. Too pricey for me. I felt an xray may have been helpful to rule out other eye possible issues.

I want to give a shout out to a great staff. The doctor took the time to talk to me and explain everything that was happening with my little guy. He made suggestions and helped me decide what was best for my dog. His staff was friendly and extremely helpful. If you're ever in a position to need an ophthalmologist for your pet this is the place to go. Great job and great people.

What a great place! I was hesitant to take my dog Yogi to AEA because he's never been there before, they were only offering curbside services, and he's an anxious doggie but this facility was recommended by our vet at Seminole Trail Animal Hospital. The folks at AEA were great! From the staff picking Yogi up at the front door, to speaking to the doctor over the phone who explained everything clearly and was very personable, to how fast Yogi was treated, to picking him up and getting clear instructions on how to treat Yogi's eye. They were absolutely phenomenal! I highly recommend them!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of my Yogi Bear. ;-)
