The water is out for what seems like the fourth time in about 6 weeks. I don’t have any clue as to what in the world is wrong with it, theres no communication with tenants about issues either. Disappointed to say the least. There’s significantly more issues wrong that haven’t been resolved. Edit to add, as more has transpired: I absolutely cannot recommend you rent here if you value any sort of communication. I have FOUR different phone numbers for this complex, none of which anyone answers the phone. I’m fully aware that right now it is Labor Day but it’s not exclusive to today. The office is never open, they don’t take care of maintenance issues that were reported 2+ times and the water is off for nearly 24 hours at least once a month. I get it, stuff happens. But once a month for 3 months in a row? Come on. Not to mention we didn’t sign a renewal lease, the rates went up and we’re leaving the absolute dumpster fire of a complex and they’re charging us still when we have less than 10 days remaining. Makes sense I guess. Also they raised the rent 3 times while we were already in a lease agreement. Our lease was supposed to be up at the end of the month (because we signed in October, so it would be up at the beginning of the next October) and it’s up mid September. Steer far away. Do not ever rent here. No matter how many times they change their name, 3722 Walton Way Ext is NOT worth it. The convenience of the location isn’t worth the absolute dog water service.

We moved in here about two months ago . At first sight , it seemed like a good place to live. The pictures that they promoted were marvelous. Nice small apartment , with some nice amenities such as a pool and a small pond , dog park , etc . Once My finace received his keys , we walked into our new apartment and noticed that our kids bedroom carpet was wet . He quickly notified the manager but the problem was never fixed.thankfully my fiancé is hands on and was able to find the source of the leak and was able to fix it. Two weeks into moving in we noticed that the pool was closed . We asked when it would be fixed and we’re told it would be fixed by July 4. Unfortunately it is now august and it’s still closed . Also our fridge was been making a weird noice in the middle of the night (literally makes a loud noise every night around 4am) My fiancé notified the office but nothing has been done . Not to mention every part of the fridge has been breaking off. Literally pulled the small cabinet to open it, and the whole door came off . Now I could go on and on but I will stop here . Honestly these apartment’s have so much potential. They are in a great area , aside from these small issues , they seem like a great temporary home for families if only the maintenance was kept up to date. It would be nice to see the owners investing in fixing what’s wrong with these apartments . Things like the dog park, which is literally a square fenced in . The pool and the issues that these tenants are having . Update : I don’t understand how management has the time to reply on google reviews , yet when we contact them via phone and emails , nothing is done. It’s been months and our fridge has not been fixed . And to add on top of that our toilet has not been flushing for a couple of weeks and yes management has been notified . This is ridiculous. We pay over 1100 in rent , yet management/owners do not even take the time to take care of their tenants. We’ve had several neighbors complaining about issues with their apartments including problems with hvac. This is ridiculous. I will continue to write my reviews via social media until something is done. In all honesty we regret ever signing this lease .

The cost of rent here is not worth what you get. Unless you are desperate stay away! I have had several problems with appliances, and they have yet to fix the issues!

I wish I had read the reviews before I rented from here. Believe the 1 star reviews! It took nearly a month to resolve an issue with standing water in my bedroom. No communication from the office, despite almost daily maintenance requests. They did not resolve the issue until I complained to their corporate office! The maintenance staff thought it was the air conditioner upstairs, turns out it was a hole in the roof! Have called twice and put in two maintenance requests this week for the air conditioner making a loud humming noise. No response yet. The amenities? Pool was closed all summer with no explanation as to why. Apparently the gym and the playground are also in need of repair. One dumpster for the entire complex, overflowing with trash constantly right at the entrance to the complex. Apparently they are going to install washers and dryers in all the units starting in October, but you can't get one until you renew your lease. If you have your own you have to get rid of them. So basically I have to use other laundry services until next April! Rarely will you ever get anyone on the phone when you have an issue. Need I say more? I can't wait until my lease is up!
